Check In

You can Check In at anytime from 14:00. Certain time during the day, there may not be receptionist present but there will be instructions to check in automatically. Please inform us your arrival time and if there will be any delays.

 

Check Out

We kindly ask you to check out at 10:30am. For the payment (to finalize check out), it can be done by credit cards (excluding Diners), debit cards or cash.

 

Reception

There may not be a receptionist present physically all the time but can be contacted any time. Please do not hesitate to call us for any doubts and relative information for your stay.

Once arrived, you can contact us at anytime inserting the number '9' on the phone from your room or from the reception counter. From the telephone from your room, you can call any Italian number without any cost (please insert 0 for external line before you insert the number).

For your morning, there will be a breakfast buffet served to provide you with home made food and products which we support and trust from up-coming entreprenuers of agricluture of Canavese. For any food allergies and food intollerence let us know before so we can suggest you the best products.

 

Cleaning

The bedrooms are tidied up daily and the bed sheets are changed every three days. The rooms must be free by 11:00 am for the cleaning service. For holidays (such as Christmas, New Year's, and Easter) will not be in service.

 

Electronic Keys

Upon arrival the electronic keys will be given which will allow you to enter and exit whenever, 24 hours a day. With the same key, apart from entering your room, you can also open the gate and common areas. In any case of malfunction of the electronic card, you can contact us at any time.

Exhibitions

At SPAZIO [ BIANCO ], there are many art and culture exhibited which are renewed regularly to make your stay always interesting and different each time. The artist and the artisans that present their work will always be pleased and available for any interest in purchase. Rooms

There are 6 rooms in total and each one is different from another with private bathrooms. Only one is located in the upper level and the others on the same level as the reception (there are no elevators). Two of them are suggested for families for greater space (it can fit up to 6 persons for place to sleep) available with cradles and a high chair for babies which have no added cost for their stay (up to 11 years old). For children above 12 years old, there can be a third bed added at cost (only availble for two rooms). Each room is equipted with a fridge with free water and a selection of beverages which may be purchased and tasted during your stay. Some of the rooms also come with a microwave oven. If you do not have it in your room, feel free to ask for one. For other detailed information, please see the section 'Rooms'.

 

Parking

In the courtyard inside the building (outdoor and unattended area with reserved access only to our guests) are available with the cost of €10 a night. In case if it is full, it is also possible to leave the your car in Via dei Patrioti showing our business card.

 

Access

The building is yellow right in front of the court of the city of Ivrea and with a tower which faces the public park, Giardini Pubblici of the city. It is accessible by entering Corso Re Umberto I (or known as Lungo Dora) into Via dei Patrioti. At the intersection after the ex-police department building, turn left going along the garden. Underneathe the white flag at number 17, you will find an gate with ringer.  ATTENTION: Do not enter from Via Palestro which only for pedistrians with video cameras.

Inside the building there is free wifi access.

Pets

Unfortunately to respect the higene and the ambient, our furry friends would have to find an alternative way to stay elsewhere.

Booking and Cancelation

For information to find out the availability on booking, you can simply fill out the form on our site. The direct booking is always considered the most conveinient at its best price. To confirm your booking there will be an email sent to you asking for your credit card number (it will be pre-authorized and will not be debted) and your arrival time. For any cancelation after 48 hours before your arrival, the price of your first night stay may be debted.
